EXCHANGE & REFUND POLICY

EXCHANGE WINDOW

You can request an exchange within 7 days of delivery.

ELIGIBILITY

The products must be:

  • Unused and unwashed.

  • With tags intact.

  • In original packaging.

HOW TO REQUEST AN EXCHANGE

  • You can contact us at woof@rocktail.com with your order number and the size/item you’d like to exchange for.

  • We’ll arrange a reverse pick-up (where serviceable) or guide you on sending the product back.

  • Once we receive the product in good condition, we’ll ship your requested exchange item.

COSTS

  • First exchange is free of charge.

  • For any additional exchanges on the same order, a ₹99 fee will apply.

NON EXCHANGEABLE ITEMS

Any customized items, sale products, and used/worn products cannot be exchanged.
 

REFUNDS (WHEN APPLICABLE)

We offer refunds only if:

  • the product delivered was damaged.

  • the incorrect product was sent.

  • the product is out of stock.
     

The refunds are processed to the original payment method within 5–7 working days.

We currently do not support returns, only exchanges, unless the product is defective/damaged.
